Let’s put aside for the moment the question of why Hillary has yet to be indicted. Why, to date, hasn’t she even been officially interrogated by the F.B.I. about her emails? Thousands of emails on her unofficial and unsecured server have been found to contain classified material. Yet, they have not even approached her to discuss the matter. Why?
For many years, this writer has been warning against any reductions in the US nuclear arsenal, based on the fact that Russia was building up its own, China’s nuclear arsenal’s size was unknown and likely to be in the thousands of warheads, and North Korea’s nuclear capabilities were steadily increasing.
He has pursued a shameful policy of appeasement (which he calls “reset”) towards Putinist Russia. It consists of huge unilateral American concessions which Russia is not obliged to, and does not, reciprocate, combined with ignoring Russia’s sordid human rights record and its anti-American policies around the world – to the degree that even Ambassador Michael McFaul, who was himself harrassed by Putin’s Nashi thugs*, refused to blame the Kremlin and still cowardly appeased the Russians.
Her reference to “open source technologies in arms control and non-proliferation verification,” is nothing less than a call to the members of her audiences to become self-styled wiki-leakers, in the tradition of Julian Assange, who will use the constant threat of having sensitive information exposed on the Internet, as a tool to push their radical “nuclear zero” agenda.
