The re-distribution of tax revenues by the government for the purpose of equalizing outcomes for people is not charity because it is someone else’s money and that money was confiscated, not given voluntarily. There IS a distinct and meaningful difference between charity and confiscation.

We would lose 500,000 illegal criminal alien inmates at a cost of more than $1.6 billion annually. That includes 15,000 MS-13 gang members who distribute $130 billion in drugs annually would vacate our country.
God will not interfere in the moral agency of His children, even when they use that agency to self-immolate. God does not always save His children from the consequences of their poor use of liberty. Humans suffer as a result of their choices. God does not arbitrarily extinguish civilizations. Nations fall under the weight of their own corruption.
Have you read the transcript of the “Communist Goals” submitted into the Congressional Record on January 10, 1963? Forty-nine years ago these stated goals of the Communist Party, gleaned through the rigorous research of Cleon Skousen, were divulged to the United States Congress in an effort to alert the nation to the dangers of Communism and the conspiratorial plans to implement those goals in every aspect of western culture.
A new Republic begs to be formed. The ideological boundaries would be established by the will of the people. Something along the lines of everything west of the Mississippi River, to include all thirteen States of the Confederacy, from the Canadian border to the Gulf Coast and the Mexican border, and then a north-south border excluding Nevada,California,Oregon, Washington and Hawaii from the Republic would be a good beginning.
The real, and very dark philosophy at the roots of The Giving Tree, is one of utter nihilism; the sacrifice of oneself for another who lacks the capacity to reciprocate, and the subordination of self-interest to a child’s self-absorbed and malcontent quest for sustenance through the destruction of the life of the one entity that loves him.
One of the pet arguments coming from the Left for increasing government control is the canard that Jesus Christ espoused a philosophy of Socialism.
This is not a happy Eureka moment. It is a convulsion of alarm and disgust, and the drive to action. All of us who come to recognize the depth of the Communist threat will be derided as fools and fear mongers. But I, for one, will stake my reputation and life on the truths in “AGENDA,” the documents of record, and the bloody history, that testifies of the great and insidious evils of Communism, which now grows like a tumor in the heartland institutions and politics of America.
